地勘事业单位是国家地质工作发展的重要推动力量,在地质勘查、科考、研究、咨询管理方面,发挥着基础性的作用。当前地勘事业单位的各项制度正在进行深入改革,而绩效工资作为人事制度的一项核心内容,关系着能否激发员工积极性,提升员工的管理效率。在本文的研究中,对地勘事业单位绩效工资实施过程中出现的一些问题进行全面思考,并结合当前一些单位的情况和特点,对地勘事业单位的绩效工资实施提出了一些合理对策建议。
Geological Prospecting Institutions is an important driving force for the development of the national geological work and plays a fundamental role in geological prospecting, scientific research, research and advisory management. At present, various systems of geological exploration institutions are undergoing in-depth reform. Performance pay, as one of the core contents of the personnel system, is related to the ability to motivate employees and enhance the management efficiency of employees. In the research of this paper, we think about some problems in the implementation of performance pay of geological exploration enterprises, and put forward some reasonable countermeasures on how to implement the performance pay of geological exploration enterprises combined with the current situation and characteristics of some units.
