本文构建了一个基于微观契约结构的,以制度基因及其组合、创新与记忆、多样性与效率为核心机制的拟生物演化制度变迁模型。模型显示,在不确定的环境中,经济体的制度多样性水平决定了其适应环境变化的能力,从而在长期中决定了经济体的制度效率水平;文化、习俗、正式制度、次级制度安排等不同层面制度的本质区别在于其创新概率的不同,这种不同进而决定了各层面制度多样性水平的不同。
In this paper, a model of phylogenetic evolution based on microscopic contract structure is proposed, which takes the system gene and its combination, innovation and memory, diversity and efficiency as the core mechanism. The model shows that in an uncertain environment, the level of institutional diversity in an economy determines its ability to adapt to changes in the environment, which in the long run determines the level of institutional efficiency in the economy; culture, customs, formal institutions, sub-institutional arrangements The essential difference between the different levels of the system lies in the difference of their probabilities of innovation, which in turn determines the differences in the levels of diversity at all levels.
