针对航空发动机在翼清洗过程中射流雾化液滴进入风扇级的运动过程,对其在飞机进气口处的运动特性进行研究。通过航空发动机内气液两相流场以及射流的数值模拟,获得了液流运动和液滴传质传热特性。分析结果显示进入风扇级后液流速度不受喷嘴输入压力的影响;液滴的尺寸越小,经过风扇级后温度和质量损失越大,500μm液滴的温度和质量损失很少,而50μm液滴降温幅度大,质量损失较明显。为飞机发动机清洗系统的研发提供了理论基础。
Aiming at the moving process of aero-engine jet atomizing droplets into the fan stage during the wing cleaning process, the movement characteristics at the air intake of the aircraft are studied. Through the numerical simulation of gas-liquid two-phase flow field and jet in aeroengine, the motion of liquid flow and the heat and mass transfer characteristics of droplets are obtained. The results show that the velocity of the liquid flow is not affected by the input pressure of the nozzle after entering the fan stage. The smaller the droplet size, the greater the temperature and mass loss after passing through the fan stage, the less the temperature and mass loss of the 500μm droplet, Dripping temperature drop, mass loss is more obvious. It provides a theoretical basis for the research and development of aircraft engine cleaning system.
