实验教学是研究生《人力资源管理》教学中的一个重要环节,目前《人力资源管理》课程实验教学仍处于探索阶段,还存在开展实验教学客观条件有限、忽视学生群体特点和创新性不足等问题。而由案例教学、仪器实验、实验室情景模拟、专家讲座、小组案例设计等组成的《人力资源管理》课程实验教学体系,能增强学生的学习积极性,提高学生的实践能力、创新能力和理论联系实际的能力。
