用（125）~I-UdR释放法研究实体型肝癌鼠脾自然杀伤细胞活性,以探讨绿舒筋注射液对肿瘤机体细胞免疫功能的调节作用。通过该药对实体型肝癌鼠的治疗及对其生存期的影响和对其自然杀伤细胞（NK）活性的测定、动态观察,发现一定剂量的绿舒筋注射液对实体型肝癌鼠脾自然杀伤细胞活性有显著增强作用,并明显延长该鼠生存期。此结果提示NK活性的进,可能为绿舒筋抗肿瘤作用的机理之一。
Using (125)-I-UdR release method to study the activity of splenic natural killer cells in solid liver cancer mice to investigate the regulation effect of green Shujin injection on cellular immune function of tumor cells. Through the treatment of solid hepatocarcinoma in mice and its impact on the survival time and its natural killer cell (NK) activity determination, dynamic observation, found that a certain dose of green Shujin injection on solid liver cancer mice spleen natural killing The activity of cells was significantly enhanced, and the survival time of the mice was significantly prolonged. This result suggests that the advance of NK activity may be one of the mechanisms of the anti-tumor effect of Lu Shujin.
