厦门大学国际经济法研究所接受中国商务部条法司委托,就“解决投资争端国际中心”(ICSID)机制以及“双边投资保护条约”(BIT)课题,组织国内同行学者,进行专题的探索和研究。刊载于本特刊的十篇文章,是针对上述专题的初步探索成果和研究报告。由于视角不同,见仁见智,因此,各文之间既有差异性,又有互补性。各文阐述的观点 The Institute of International Economic Law of Xiamen University, commissioned by the Law Department of the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China, organized research projects on “International Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes” (ICSID) and “BIT” Exploration and research. The ten articles published in this special issue are the preliminary findings and research reports on the above topics.
