作者观察采用常规剂量西米替丁静脉注射后,10例心力衰竭肺动脉高压患者与10例肺循环压力正常者的血液动力学改变。结果两组的肺动脉压和肺循环阻力均较用药前明显下降(P<0.01)。肺高压组用药后心排血量增高,肺毛细血管嵌楔压下降;提示,组胺H_2受体参与心血管系统的功能调节,并可能介导心衰肺动脉高压的病理生理过程。
The authors observed hemodynamic changes in 10 patients with pulmonary hypertension and 10 patients with normal pulmonary circulation pressure after intravenous cimetidine administration at conventional doses. Results The pulmonary arterial pressure and pulmonary resistance in both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment (P <0.01). Hypertension group increased cardiac output after treatment, pulmonary capillary wedge pressure decreased; suggesting that histamine H_2 receptors involved in the regulation of cardiovascular system, and may mediate the pathophysiology of pulmonary heart failure.
