本文从故障诊断的实际出发,提出了一种用于发电设备故障诊断的智能系统基本模型和构造方法。它汇集了设备的设计知识和操作经验,从一系列观察现象中识别故障,同时预测该故障对设备运行的潜在影响,从而有利于操作人员适时地采取应急措施,正确地实施维护保养。本文讨论了发电设备设计知识和操作经验的结构特征,以及如何融会设计和操作的专业知识与经验,有效地改善设备故障诊断的技术手段;同时,本文描述了故障诊断专家系统的模型结构和构造方法,开发出一套完整的故障诊断智能系统;另外,本文在对现有智能诊断方法进行对比分析的基础上,阐述了该系统作用机理、结构特点及其现场适应性;并以成套发电设备为例,分析了该系统在运行监测中的应用过程与实用价值。
Based on the actual fault diagnosis, this paper presents a basic model and method of intelligent system for fault diagnosis of power generation equipment. It brings together the design knowledge and operating experience of the equipment to identify the fault from a series of observations and predict the potential impact of the fault on the operation of the equipment so that the operator can take timely emergency measures and perform proper maintenance. This paper discusses the structural characteristics of power plant design knowledge and operational experience as well as how to integrate the professional knowledge and experience of design and operation, and effectively improve the technical means of equipment fault diagnosis. Meanwhile, this paper describes the model structure and structure of fault diagnosis expert system Method to develop a complete fault diagnosis intelligent system. In addition, based on the comparative analysis of the existing intelligent diagnosis methods, the paper expounds the mechanism, structural characteristics and on-site adaptability of the system; As an example, the application process and practical value of the system in operation monitoring are analyzed.
