目的了解北京某大学学生对心肺复苏知识的掌握情况与培训效果,为高校对大学生开展培训心肺复苏知识技能提供科学依据。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,对377人自愿参加培训的大学生,于培训前后进行心肺复苏有关知识的调查。结果被调查的大学生中,93.10%认为学习心肺复苏知识是必要的,92.04%对实施心肺复苏的态度积极。培训前后大学生对心肺复苏知识的掌握均有显著提高(P<0.01),但其中操作性强的人工呼吸与开放气道技术培训后合格率仍不足40.00%。结论大学生参与式心肺复苏知识技能培训效果显著,值得在各大高校推广。
Objective To understand the mastery and training effect of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) among students in a university in Beijing, and to provide a scientific basis for college students to develop CPR knowledge and skills. Methods Using self-designed questionnaires, 377 college students who volunteered to participate in the training were investigated before and after training about CPR. Results Among the surveyed college students, 93.10% thought it was necessary to learn CPR knowledge, and 92.04% said they were positive about implementing cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Before and after training, the mastery of cardiopulmonary resuscitation knowledge was significantly improved (P <0.01). However, the operating rate of artificial respiration and open airway training remained below 40.00% after training. Conclusion College students' CPP knowledge and skills training has remarkable effect and is worth popularizing in colleges and universities.
