在粒子与物理相互作用的理论基础上 ,编写了计算中子非电离能量损失 ( NIEL )和电离能量损失 ( IEL )以及电子和γ NIEL的 Monte Carlo计算程序 ,利用编写的程序以及 TRIM95和 SANDYL程序计算了 1Me V中子、2 0 Me V质子、1Me V以下电子和γ在硅中 IEL和 NIEL的大小和分布。对计算结果进行了分析和比较
Based on the theory of interaction between particles and physics, a Monte Carlo calculation program for calculating neutron nonionization energy loss (NIEL) and ionization energy loss (IEL) as well as electrons and γ NIEL has been written. By using the programmed program and the TRIM95 and SANDYL programs The size and distribution of IEL and NIEL in 1Me V neutrons, 20Me V protons, 1Me V electrons and γ in silicon were calculated.
