计算了焦化干气加氢中各反应的标准摩尔生成焓以及反应温度范围内的吉布斯自由能和平衡常数。结果表明,温度是影响反应热力学的重要因素。此外,为了减少温度对反应平衡的影响,应该采用提高反应压力、降低反应温度的方法使烯烃和氧加氢反应达到一定深度。因此,焦化干气加氢热力学研究对焦化干气加氢技术的工业化应用有重要的指导意义,根据其研究结果选定的工艺条件能够满足工业装置的正常运行及指标要求。
The standard molar enthalpy of formation for each reaction in coking dry gas hydrogenation and the Gibbs free energy and equilibrium constant in the reaction temperature range were calculated. The results show that temperature is an important factor affecting the thermodynamics of reaction. In addition, in order to reduce the impact of temperature on the reaction equilibrium, the reaction pressure should be increased and the reaction temperature should be lowered to reach a certain depth for hydrogenation of olefins and oxygen. Therefore, the study of coking dry gas hydrogenation thermodynamics has an important guiding significance for the industrial application of coking dry gas hydrogenation technology. According to the research results, the selected process conditions can meet the normal operation and index requirements of industrial plants.
