患婴女,出生体重3680g,胎位为左枕前,孕43周,母因引产失败而剖腹产。生后无窒息,入室情况正常,未见畸形及神经系统症状。第8天因肺炎于头皮静脉穿刺时发现左颞侧有一3×4cm凹陷,呈匙形,边缘光滑,无红肿及皮下出血。颅脑超声波检查示颞骨凹陷,硬脑膜下未见明显变化,颅内未见明显异常。第13天肺炎愈出院。讨论:颅骨压陷最常发生的部位是顶骨前部,其次为额部、顶骨后部、颞骨最少见。通常压迫直径为4~5cm,形状可各式各样,多为匙形,沟形及漏斗形。压迫部位
Baby suffering from infants, birth weight 3680g, fetal position for the left occipital, pregnant 43 weeks, the mother failed induction of caesarean section. No suffocation after birth, bodily conditions were normal, no abnormalities and neurological symptoms. On the 8th day, due to pneumonia, scalp vein puncture revealed a 3 × 4 cm depression on the left temporal side, a spatula, smooth edges, no swelling and subcutaneous hemorrhage. Ultrasound examination of the skull showed temporal bone depression, no significant changes in the subdural, no significant intracranial abnormalities. Pneumonia was discharged on day 13. Discussion: The most common site of skull fractures is the anterior parietal bone, followed by the forehead, the posterior parietal bone, the temporal bone is the least seen. Usually oppression diameter of 4 ~ 5cm, the shape can be varied, mostly spoon-shaped, ditch and funnel-shaped. Oppression site
