中长跑是发展运动员耐久力的周期性运动项目,现代中长跑运功的发展已趋向于速度型耐力运动。练习中长跑可以培养青少年勇敢、顽强、不怕苦、不怕累的意志品质,可以增进运动员内脏器官的功能,促进运动器官的发育,从而提高青少年的健康水平。但对于初学者要认真讲解并示范正确的中长跑姿势,让他们初步掌握合理的中长跑技术动作,避免不必要的体力消耗。下面列举几种练习中长跑时的易犯错误,分析产生的原因,进而提出纠正的方法以供初学者参考。
