随着经济全球化和全球市场逐步形成,企业竞争范围从一个国家或地区扩大到全球市场。我国已加入WTO,打开了国门,各行业通过并购打造自己的“航空母舰”以积极应战。并购的成功与否,与企业文化有着密切的关系。并购前要做好双方文化的评估工作,从而可规避并购中的文化冲突;并购中选择相适应的并购模式;并购后要通过培训、宣传等方式进行企业文化整合。
With the economic globalization and the gradual formation of the global market, the scope of business competition has expanded from one country or region to the global market. China has acceded to the WTO and opened the door of the country. Various industries built their own “aircraft carrier” through mergers and acquisitions in order to actively fight for it. The success of mergers and acquisitions, and corporate culture has a close relationship. Mergers and acquisitions to be done before the cultural assessment of both sides, which can avoid the cultural conflicts in mergers and acquisitions; mergers and acquisitions in the choice of M & A mode; mergers and acquisitions through training, publicity and other means of corporate culture integration.
