本文提出了一个测定岩石中微量钍的荧光分光光度法,在0.6mol/L H_2SO_4介质中,钍、桑色素和三烷基氧膦在十二烷基磺酸钠存在下,形成黄绿色荧光多元络合物,激发波长为428.6nm,在波长509.2nm处具有最大荧光强度。钍量在0—0.12μg/mL范围内与荧光强度呈线性关系。检测下限为0.12ng/mL。用过氧化钠分解试样,在显色体系中加入磺基水扬酸,酒石酸等掩蔽剂,消除了铝、锆、铁等元素的干扰。对一般岩石试样不经其它分离手段便可进行荧光测定。经标准试样验证,准确度良好。
In this paper, a fluorescence spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace thorium in rock is proposed.
