提出了一种外包花纹钢-压型钢板混凝土组合梁,为研究其受弯及滑移性能,进行了6根简支组合梁的静力加载试验,重点考察抗滑移连接度的变化对组合梁受力性能的影响,对试件的荷载-挠度曲线、荷载-应变曲线和荷载-滑移分布曲线等进行了分析。试验结果表明,随着抗滑移连接度的降低,试件的抗弯承载能力和延性均随之降低;组合梁中纵筋的设置将有效提高组合梁的抗弯承载力和抗滑移连接度,使得发生弯曲破坏的组合梁延性降低,发生滑移破坏的组合梁延性提高;考虑外包花纹钢梁和混凝土之间的粘结滑移,给出了部分抗滑移连接外包花纹钢-压型钢板混凝土组合梁的极限受弯承载力计算公式,理论计算值与试验值吻合较好。
In order to study the flexural and sliding properties of the composite girder with profiled steel-compression-steel-plate (CFST) composite beams, the static loading tests of six simply supported composite girders were carried out. The changes of anti-slip connection were investigated emphatically. Beam load-bearing performance, the load-deflection curve, load-strain curve and load-slip distribution curve were analyzed. The experimental results show that the flexural capacity and ductility of the specimens decrease with the decreasing of the anti-slip connection degree. The setting of the longitudinal ribs in the composite beam will effectively increase the flexural capacity and anti-slip connection of the composite beam, So that the ductility of the composite beam with bending damage decreases and the ductility of the composite beam with slip failure increases. Considering the bond slip between the outsourced embossed steel beam and the concrete, The formula of ultimate flexural bearing capacity of concrete composite beam is in good agreement with the experimental data.
