连杆螺栓力矩是发动机上的三个主要螺栓力矩(主轴承盖、缸盖及连杆的螺栓力矩)之一。连杆螺栓力矩的精度是影响发动机质量的一个重要因素。因此,国内外发动机厂对连杆螺栓力矩精度的要求和控制都是非常重视。我厂由于所采用的螺栓拧紧工具精度低;产品和工艺对连杆螺栓拧紧方法的规定只是按一般螺栓的拧紧要求;以及工艺和检查对连杆螺栓拧紧后的检查标准规定得不科学等因素,致使连杆螺栓力矩很难保证其精度的技术要求。为此,我厂针对上述问题以及怎样提高连杆螺栓力矩的精度,进行了一系列的实验和分析。
