《幼儿园工作规程》提出,教育的主要目标在于促进幼儿身心的全面和谐发展。因此,在设计教育活动时,我总是根据幼儿的认知、情感、能力等方面的发展需要,充分挖掘每一教育内容所包含的“知、情、能”的因素,促进幼儿的全面发展。下面以小班上学期的一次彩糊(在浆糊里加入适当比例的水粉颜料调和而成)画系列活动为例加以说明。第一次活动,我是这样制定“知、情、能”三方面的目标的:认知方面,认识毛笔;情感方面,愉快地用毛笔蘸清水画画;能力方面,学会握笔、运笔和掭笔。活动时,我先让幼儿认识毛笔:“这叫毛笔,它可喜
