在Si单晶片两面加一方波电压,晶体中将产生周期热流.理论分析表明,存在着两种不同起因的热流,并可由一实验上的阈值电压加以区分.我们用压电陶瓷对产生的热流进行了测量,用测得的阈值电压计算了样品的参数,得到了满意的结果.
The application of a square wave voltage to both sides of a Si monocrystal produces a periodic heat flow in the crystal.The theoretical analysis shows that there are two different kinds of heat flows and can be distinguished by an experimental threshold voltage.We use the piezoelectric ceramic to generate the heat flux The measurements were taken and the parameters of the sample were calculated using the measured threshold voltage. Satisfactory results were obtained.
