统考有全国的,全省的,地、县的,乡镇的,还有各个学校的.这些统考在录取人材,摸清教学底子等方面曾起了一定的作用.但有些领导同志以统考来代替深入细致的检查督促,却是不可取的,把统考成绩作为衡量教师工作好环的唯一依据,那就更不对了,而且滥用统考还会打乱正常的教学秩序.某乡教育组几乎期期都搞统考,并渐渐以统考来代替深入细致的检查工作.去年下期期末就干脆不查作业,不查教案,不听课了,全凭一次统考决雌雄.层层搞统考,把统考当作督促教师教、学生学的主要手段,实践证明会产生不良后果.且不说由
