盆腔移行细胞癌(pelvic transitional cell carcinoma,PTCC)是发生于盆腔移行细胞的少见肿瘤,多发生于膀胱及卵巢上皮细胞的肿瘤。本例患者在排除泌尿系及卵巢来源的情况下,诊断为原发性盆腔移行细胞癌。现报道如下。1临床资料患者女,59岁,因“乏力2月余”入院。2月前患者无明显诱因出现全身乏力,偶自汗,无恶心、呕吐,无腹痛、腹胀,大小便正常,在当地医院行妇科超声提示盆腔内少量积液,腹水肿 Pelvic transitional cell carcinoma (pelvic transitional cell carcinoma, PTCC) is a rare tumor that occurs in pelvic transitional cells and occurs in the bladder and ovarian epithelial cells.
