观察端粒酶活性在胃癌及胃癌前病变细胞和组织中的表达.方法:采用蜡膜介导热启动端粒重复扩增PCR模型方法.结果:胃癌细胞株端粒酶活性3株均呈阳性,在38例胃癌中,32例端粒酶活性阳性,其中进展期胃癌为30/35,早期胃癌为2/3,而邻近胃组织为2/38,在29例胃癌前病变中,5例端粒酶活性阳性,其中不典型增生轻度、中度及重度分别为1/8,l/4和1/3,肠上度化生和胃息肉分别为1/8和1/6.结论:端粒酶的活化在胃癌的发生、形成及发展过程中可能起着非常重要的作用.
