拖欠工程款是建筑企业的一个老大难问题,据建设报1987年2月24日报道,全国拖欠工程款的数额已突破40亿元,经过清理,拖欠总额不但没有减少,反而上升20％多。我们为解决这个问题,进行了一些探索,现将做法简介如下: (一)向建设单位宣传、介绍《基本建设工程价款结算办法(试行)》,多次向地方政府、财政、银行、建设单位及其主管部门写报告,并多次找有关单位的领导人汇报,做到决心大,千方百计,不怕困难,争取有关单位领导人的重视,直至收回拖欠款为止。因此,我公司1986年以前拖欠的
