一 人寿保险是一个具有发展潜力的险种,为促进寿险业务的发展,我国对寿险和财险业务实行分业经营,成立了中保集团人寿保险公司。在当前的寿险营销业务中存在一个突出的问题是续期保费的收缴困难。造成这一问题的原因有两个,一是寿险营销员首年佣金较高,以后各年佣金大为减少,这样,营销员往往把精力放在新业务上,力求寻找更多的保户,人为地忽视了续期保费收缴。再是受保户工作单位和家庭住址变动的影响,保户资料建立不全及业绩不佳的营销员退聘,都会导致续期保费难以收缴。按照《保险法》的规定续期保费如果不能按时到位,寿险营销将会失去意义。《保险法》规定保险合同只有60天的宽限期,超过宽限期仍未缴费者发生的保险事故,保险公司一般是不负责任的。如果出现这种情况,产生保险纠纷对保险公司和保户都会产生不良影响。如何解决续期保费的收缴问题,寿险公司急需采用一种新的收付方式,而这一需求与银行开展代收代付业务的思路不谋而合。

Life insurance marketing will lose its meaning if the premiums are not renewed on time according to the provisions of the Insurance Law. The Insurance Law stipulates that insurance contracts have a grace period of only 60 days and that insurance companies are generally not responsible for exceeding the insurance accidents that have not yet occurred in the grace period. If this happens, insurance disputes can have an adverse effect on insurers and policyholders. How to solve the problem of collection of renewed premiums, life insurance companies urgently need to adopt a new payment method, and this demand coincides with the idea of banks to carry out collection and payment services.
