目的:分析滦县新生儿死亡的主要原因,为制定降低新生儿死亡率干预措施提供科学依据。方法:对滦县2005～2009年211例新生儿死亡原因进行回顾性调查分析,并与同期河北省新生儿平均死亡率进行比较。结果:滦县新生儿死亡率均低于河北省各年新生儿平均死亡率,且呈逐年下降趋势。新生儿死亡的主要原因为:先心病、新生儿窒息、早产、肺炎。结论:制定有效的干预措施可明显降低新生儿死亡率。
Objective: To analyze the main causes of neonatal death in Luan County and provide a scientific basis for making interventions to reduce the neonatal mortality rate. Methods: The causes of death of 211 newborns from 2005 to 2009 in Luan County were retrospectively analyzed and compared with the average neonatal mortality rate in Hebei Province during the same period. Results: The neonatal mortality rate in Luan County was lower than the average neonatal mortality rate in Hebei Province in each year, and showed a decreasing trend year by year. The main causes of neonatal death are: congenital heart disease, neonatal asphyxia, prematurity, pneumonia. Conclusion: Effective interventions can significantly reduce neonatal mortality.
