91例原发性高脂血症患者随机分为三组,分别应用普拉固(P)、力平脂(F)、鱼油(FO)12周,比较三种血脂调节剂服药疗效及时血浆内皮素-1(ET-1)水平的影响,并观察血脂与内皮囊间的相互关系。结果治疗后三组甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、载脂蛋白B100(ApoB100)均明显降低(P<0.05~0.001);高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)均升高(仅F组P<0.05~0.001);降胆固醇(TC)作用P组,F组显著(P<0.05~0.001);HDL-C与TG三组均呈负相关(P<0.05~0.001);血浆ET-1水平三组均有显著降低(P<0.001),且与血清TC(除FO组)、TG、LDL-C下降呈显著正相关。
91 patients with primary hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into three groups, respectively, Pulasol (P), Liping fat (F), fish oil (FO) for 12 weeks, compared three lipid regulators efficacy of medication and timely plasma endothelium 1 (ET-1) levels, and observe the relationship between blood lipids and endothelial cysts. Results After treatment, triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and apolipoprotein B100 (ApoB100) in three groups were significantly decreased (P <0.05-0.001); high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) were increased (P <0.05-0.001 in group F only), cholesterol (TC) was significantly lower in group P and F (P <0.05-0.001) (P <0.05-0.001). Plasma ET-1 levels were significantly decreased in all three groups (P <0.001). Compared with serum TC (except FO group), TG and LDL-C decreased Significantly positive correlation.
