急性低钠血症（ALNS）在急性脑血管意外的病程中时有出现。我院自1991年～1995年收治急性脑血管意外300例，其中60例出现低钠血症，结合临床及文献对其发生率，发生机理及疾病转归作一分析。1临床资料1．1一般资料本组男性38例，女性22例，年龄32～81岁，平均57岁。脑梗塞140例
Acute hyponatremia (ALNS) occurs in the course of acute cerebrovascular accidents.
