以杭州职业技术学院与达利(中国)有限公司所建立的厂中校——达利产学研中心为依托,经过实践探索,对厂中校决策议事机制、利益平衡机制、教学参与机制、激励约束机制进行了阐述,为厂中校的长久运行提供了良好的范例。
