21世纪是一个旅游大时代,旅游在丰富着人们的生活,同时提高了人们的生活质量。导游是旅游服务之中必不可少的,导游工作离职率高的主要因素便是来自对工作的满意度,其对工作的满意度主要表现为工作收获、组织支持等方面。本文就导游工作满意度对其离职所产生的影响进行了简要的分析。
The 21st century is a tourist era, tourism is rich in people’s lives, while improving people’s quality of life. Tour guides are indispensable to travel services. The main factor in the high turnover rate of tour guides is their satisfaction with their work. Their satisfaction with their work is mainly reflected in the work gains and organizational support. This article gives a brief analysis of the impact of job satisfaction on the parting of a tour guide.
