The most common site of bone metastases is the proximal end of flat bones and long bones. The metastasis of primary liver cancer occurs mostly in the spine, and metastases to the phalanx, especially the distal phalanx, are extremely rare. In our hospital, 1 patient with metastasis of phalanx from the distal segment of liver cancer is treated as follows. The patient is male, 53 years old. Two months before admission, the left middle finger was lightly clenched at the end of the middle finger, and there was no significant swelling or pain at the time. Two weeks later, the distal segment of the finger was swollen, reddened, followed by pain, and nocturnal pain was evident, as the symptoms continued to increase. After X-ray film and local puncture (blood fluid), the “left middle finger distal hemangioma” was admitted to the hospital. Examine the swelling of the distal section of the left middle finger, the skin is purple, the boundary is only limited to the distal end of the left middle finger, according to the hair
