第一章 总 则 第一条 为了认真贯彻《中华人民共和国劳动法》(以下简称《劳动法》)保障用人单位和劳动者双方的合法权益,适应社会主义市场经济发展,转企建制,改革原用工制度,结合我院实际,特制定本实施细则。 第二条 劳动合同的签订是院与职工在平等、自愿,协商一致的基础上,明确双方的责任、权利、义务,以法律形式确定单位与劳动者之间的劳动关系,并依法按照劳动合同条款约束双方的行为,有序地进行生产、工作及管理。
Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 In order to conscientiously implement the Labor Law of the People’s Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as the “Labor Law”) to protect the legitimate rights and interests of employers and workers, to adapt to the development of the socialist market economy, to change the enterprise system and reform the original employment. The system, in conjunction with the actual conditions of our hospital, has specifically formulated this Implementation Regulation. Article 2 The signing of a labor contract is based on equality, voluntariness, and mutual agreement by the court and the staff, clarifying the responsibilities, rights and obligations of both parties, determining the labor relationship between the unit and the laborer in legal form, and complying with the labor contract according to law. The articles govern the conduct of both parties and carry out production, work and management in an orderly manner.
