本文探讨中职校“双师型”教师实施过程中的一些问题,主要从“名义”双师的有名无实、有证无技,真正的双师无用武之地,双师进修渠道少、成长缓慢等三个方面进行阐述,列举了双师发展中出现的不正常现象、遇到的问题,并提出了自己的建议。
