众所周知,熟练的喉科医师只要用耳听取发声障碍的病态声音即能猜中系何种疾患所致。声谱分析仪不仅能综合表现各种病态声音的特点,且通过视觉代替听觉对声音所具有的各种声学参数进行分析并作出临床判断。人们往往从各种喉病的声学分析中提取不同声学参数并以此与临床诊断相对照而进行研究。声学参数可由声带振动的生理和物理参数表示,进而通过听觉成为听觉心理参数以资参考。但有时同样疾病其声带振动的物理参数并不相同,而不同疾病有时却有类似的物理参数。
It is well-known that a skilled throat physician can guess what type of ailments are caused by listening to the morbid sound of a dysphonia. Not only can the spectrum analyzer comprehensively show the characteristics of various morbid sounds, but also analyze and make clinical judgments on various acoustic parameters of the sound through visual instead of hearing. People often from different acoustic analysis of laryngeal disease to extract different acoustic parameters and to be compared with the clinical diagnosis of the study. The acoustic parameters can be expressed by the physiological and physical parameters of vocal cord vibration, and then become auditory psychological parameters through hearing. But sometimes the physical parameters of the vocal fold vibration of the same disease are not the same, and sometimes different diseases have similar physical parameters.
