为提高中欧班列运营效率,依据“一带一路”倡议下的中欧班列发展规划,以西部通道货源吸引区域为研究范围,以货源城市与目的地之间货物运输的总成本、时间和温室气体排放量最小化为目标,基于可持续发展理念构建了可持续联运枢纽配置模型。其中温室气体排放量由车辆在路径上和枢纽上消耗的温室气体排放量构成。根据货源城市到目的地的货运量、公路货运网络、铁路货运网络等参数,进行了联运枢纽选址和运输方式选择的决策。进一步采用改进多目标模拟退火算法进行了模型求解,并验证了算法的有效性。结果表明:在决策者选择偏好不同的情况下,多目标联运枢纽配置模型的解具有多样性;在不同目标权重选择下,改进的模拟退火算法能够搜索到模型的满意解,从而实现国际运输优化。
In order to improve the efficiency of the CEIBS operation, based on the development plan of the CEIBS Central Bank under the “Belt and Road Initiatives” and the area attracted by the western corridor sources, the total cost of freight transport between the source cities and destinations and the time and The goal of minimizing greenhouse gas emissions was to build a sustainable transport hub configuration model based on the concept of sustainable development. The greenhouse gas emissions consist of the amount of greenhouse gas emissions consumed by vehicles on the route and at hubs. According to the cargo source city to destination freight volume, road freight network, railway freight network and other parameters, carried out the transportation hub site selection and mode of transport decisions. Furthermore, the improved multi-objective simulated annealing algorithm is used to solve the model, and the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified. The results show that the solutions of multi-objective intermodal hub configuration models are diversified under the different preferences of decision makers. Under different target weights, the improved simulated annealing algorithm can search the satisfactory solution of the model to achieve international transport optimization .
