我科十年来(1976～1986年)收治的214例肠伤寒中,在住院后48小时内有81例漏诊,漏诊率达37.9%。误诊病种有18种。本文主要分析漏诊原因和经验教训。
Of the 214 cases of typhoid fever admitted to our department in the past ten years (1976-1986), 81 cases were misdiagnosed within 48 hours after hospitalization, with a missed diagnosis rate of 37.9%. There are 18 kinds of misdiagnosis. This article mainly analyzes the causes of missed diagnosis and lessons learned.
