本文建立了耐压200kg/cm~2毛细管超临界流体色谱装置,采用自制的细内径交联非极性玻璃毛细管柱,流动相是二氧化碳,用单板机控制流动相恒压和程序升压操作,采用氢火焰离子化检测器检测。用此设备研究了温度、流量等参数对保留值、选择性和柱效的影响,并考察了在超临界色谱条件下同系物和非同系物定量的可靠性及区域宽度和保留时间的关系。
In this paper, a capillary pressure supercritical fluid chromatograph with a pressure of 200kg / cm ~ 2 was set up. The self-made thin-walled cross-linked nonpolar glass capillary column was used. The mobile phase consisted of carbon dioxide. , Using hydrogen flame ionization detector detection. The effects of parameters such as temperature and flow rate on retention, selectivity and column efficiency were studied using this apparatus. The quantitative reliability of homologues and nonhomologues under supercritical carbon dioxide chromatography was also investigated.
