１９９９年１１月１５日，中国外经贸司部部长石广生和美国贸易代表巴尔舍夫斯基分别代表中美两国政府在北京签署了关于中国力。入世界贸易组织的双边协议，这标志着中美就中国加入全球最大贸易组织的双边谈判正式结束，从而使中国“入世”迈出了重要的一步。尽管中国与世贸组织的另外一些成员的双边谈判仍在进行，但舆论普遍认为，中国加入世贸组织已是指日可待的事。那么．“入世”对中国工程机械行业的发展将会产生什么影响？影响的程度如何？机遇在哪里？挑战又是什么？这些都是广大读者关心的问题、为此，本刊特别邀请了工程机械行业的几位知名人士发表自己的看法、请看本期特别报道。
On November 15, 1999, Chinese Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Shi Guangsheng and U.S. Trade Representative Barshefsky signed the China Force on behalf of the Chinese and the U.S. governments in Beijing respectively. The bilateral agreement entered into the World Trade Organization marks the formal conclusion of bilateral negotiations between China and the United States on China’s accession to the largest trading organization in the world. As a result, China has taken an important step in its accession to the WTO. Although bilateral negotiations between China and some other WTO members are still under way, the general consensus in the media is that China’s accession to the WTO is just around the corner. Then What impact will China’s accession to the WTO have on the development of China’s construction machinery industry? How is the impact? Where is the opportunity? What is the challenge? These are the concerns of the majority of readers, to this end, the magazine specially invited several well-known construction machinery industry to express their views, look at this special issue.
