研究了 Cu/Zn/Al系列催化剂催化甲醇氧化重整反应制氢 ,得到活性、选择性及稳定性较好的催化剂Cu6 0 Zn30 Al5Ce5;并且考察了以 Cu6 0 Zn30 Al5Ce5为催化剂时 ,该反应的工艺条件如温度、物料配比等 .当压力为 0 .1MPa,温度为 2 4 0℃ ,CH3OH∶ H2 O=1∶ 0 .8,CH3OH∶ O2 =4∶ 1时 ,甲醇的转化率达 97.75% .在此反应条件下 ,反应 1 0 0 h后 ,甲醇的转化率仍在 96%以上 .
The Cu / Zn / Al series catalysts were studied for the catalytic hydrogenation of methanol oxidation and reforming reaction to obtain Cu6 0 Zn30 Al5Ce5 with good activity, selectivity and stability. The effects of Cu6 0 Zn30 Al5Ce5 The process conditions such as temperature, material ratio, etc. When the pressure is 0 .1MPa, the temperature of 240 ℃, CH3OH: H2 O = 1: 0.8, CH3OH: O2 = 4: 1, methanol conversion rate of 97.75 %. Under this reaction condition, the methanol conversion is still over 96% after the reaction is carried out for 100 h.
