通过在我国6个典型大气试验站长期现场暴露试验获得了2024和7075高强铝合金的剥蚀深度和腐蚀失重数据,并利用灰色关联分析方法,研究了环境因素对高强铝合金剥蚀和腐蚀失重的影响程度.结果表明,影响高强铝合金剥蚀和腐蚀失重的主要因素并不相同.影响2024和7075剥蚀最主要的污染物因素均为海盐粒子、HCl和H_2S,而最主要的气象因素均为80%RH以上时数、70%RH以上时数和平均RH等.影响2024和7075型材腐蚀失重的最主要污染物因素为SO_2、海盐粒子和HCl,而气象因素是80%RH以上时数.
Through the long-term field exposure test at six typical atmospheric test stations in China, the data of erosion depth and corrosion loss of 2024 and 7075 high-strength aluminum alloys were obtained. The effects of environmental factors on the erosion and corrosion weight loss of high-strength aluminum alloy were studied by means of gray relational analysis The results showed that the main factors affecting the erosion and corrosion of high strength aluminum alloy are not the same.The main pollutants that affect the erosion of 2024 and 7075 are sea salt particles, HCl and H 2 S. The most important meteorological factors are 80% RH hours above 70% RH and average RH, etc. The main pollutants that affect the corrosion weight loss of 2024 and 7075 profiles are SO 2, sea salt particles and HCl, while the meteorological factors are above 80% RH.
