空间应用系统中载荷多样、配电性能要求高,固态功率控制器(Solid-State Power Controller,SSPC)作为一种高可靠固态智能开关,能够更好的满足空间实验的电源管理需求。针对空间应用中配电系统高可靠性,通用性及标准化的要求,基于Open VPX标准,通过选用高性能器件、高可靠电路设计和数字控制,实现了8路5 VDC~150 VDC耐压直流固态功率控制器。该直流固态控制器反时限曲线一致性强,可靠性高达0.99,满足28 V和100 V两种航天母线电压,能够作为标准模块应用于空间应用中的电源管理单元。
The space-application system has various loads and high distribution performance requirements. Solid-State Power Controller (SSPC), as a kind of high reliable solid state intelligent switch, can better meet the space experiment’s power management requirements. According to the requirements of high reliability, commonality and standardization of distribution system in space applications, based on the Open VPX standard, 8-channel 5 VDC ~ 150 VDC HVDC solid state devices are achieved by selecting high performance devices, highly reliable circuit design and digital control Power controller. The DC solid state controller with strong anti-time curve consistency, reliability of up to 0.99, to meet the 28 V and 100 V two space bus voltage can be used as a standard module for space applications, power management unit.
