随着我国社区矫正工作的日益成熟,社区矫正服刑人员的公益劳动作为其一项重要内容因各地区司法局的情况不同,其实施情况也大相径庭而存在着很多问题。但是希望取得实质性的进展,需要对公益劳动进行科学定位,解决公益劳动的决定机构问题,公益劳动的强制性、规范性问题,以及公益劳动与刑罚轻重的问题,尽快将社区矫正制度加以完善。
As the work of community correction in our country is getting more mature, the commonweal work of prisoners in community correction is an important part of their work. Due to the different situations of the Judicial Offices in different regions and their different implementation situations, many problems exist. However, we hope that substantive progress will be achieved. We need to scientifically locate public welfare work, solve the problems concerning the decision-making body for public welfare work, issue mandatory and normative issues for public welfare work, and public service and penalties, and improve the community correction system as soon as possible .
