根据相变热传导的等效热容法有限元理论,采用移动热源循环加载,对2A70铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接过程的温度场进行了瞬态求解,分析焊件高度方向上各点处的温度值随时间的变化,以及在不同时刻z方向上各点的温度分布。这为模拟铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接过程中微观组织的演化过程奠定了理论基础和前提条件。
According to the equivalent heat capacity finite element method of phase change heat conduction, the temperature field in the friction stir welding process of 2A70 aluminum alloy was solved transiently by moving heat source, and the temperature at each point along the welding height direction was analyzed The change of time, and the temperature distribution of each point in z direction at different time.
