我队针对起拔套管困难,采用了水压割管器,经多次实践证明,这种方法操作方便,时间短,效果好,解决了起拔套管的困难。例如一九七三年在××勘探区,9~1钻孔终孔深度500.13米,下有四种规格套管护孔;φ168~22米、φ146~70米、φ127~180米、φ108~35米为飞管,总计长度307米,曾先后分段采用水压割管器割取,仅用五天时间就全部把套管起拔上来。有的工人同志赞扬说:“割管器,真是好,割的快,效率高,分段割,很省劲,野外队,好制造”。由于水压割管器构造简单,操作方便,我队所有的机班长一般都会使用。
Our team has adopted hydraulic pressure pipe cutters for the difficulty of lifting and pulling casing. After many practice tests, this method is convenient to operate, short in time, and effective. It solves the difficulty of lifting casing. For example, in the XXX exploration area in 1973, the final hole depth of 9 to 1 holes was 500.13 meters, and there were four types of casing protection holes; φ168 to 22 meters, φ146 to 70 meters, φ127 to 180 meters, and φ108~ 35 meters for the flight tube, a total length of 307 meters, has been used to cut the water pressure pipe cutter, only in five days to pull up the casing up. Some of the workers’ comrades praised and said: “The pipe cutters are really good, they are quick to cut, they are efficient, they are cut in sections, they are very energy efficient, and the field teams are good to make.” Because of the simple structure and convenient operation of the water pressure pipe cutter, all the squad leaders of our team will generally use it.
