采用两种评价系统分析了镧对酸雨胁迫下辣椒种子萌发的影响。结果表明,经10 mg.L-1的LaC l3浸种,可显著缓解酸雨(pH 3.5,3.0,2.5和2.0)对辣椒种子的伤害,以活力指数的增幅为标准,缓解能力依次为14.48%,19.24%,15.14%和13.48%;以指标值的增量为标准,只有pH 3.5和3.0时显著提高。同时,镧处理可提高酸雨胁迫下超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶和过氧化酶的活性,减少丙二醛的积累,在pH≤2.5时,与酸雨处理差异显著,而pH≥3.0时没有明显变化,说明镧处理分别提高种子的抗性和耐受性。基于生长指标是间接的抗逆性指标,不宜作为评价的主体。活性氧代谢指标都有一个阈值,可依据指标值进入正常阈的可能性进行评价。该法的缺点是正常阈只有近似值,但可反映作物生长改善的本质。
Two evaluation systems were used to analyze the effect of lanthanum on the germination of pepper seeds under the acid rain stress. The results showed that the soaking of LaC13 with 10 mg.L-1 could significantly alleviate the damage of pepper seeds by acid rain (pH 3.5, 3.0, 2.5 and 2.0). The standard of activity index was 14.48% 19.24%, 15.14% and 13.48%, respectively; with the increment of index value as the standard, only pH 3.5 and 3.0 significantly increased. At the same time, lanthanum treatment can increase the activity of superoxide dismutase, catalase and peroxidase under acid rain stress and reduce the accumulation of malondialdehyde. When pH≤2.5, There was no significant change indicating that lanthanum treatment increased seed resistance and tolerance, respectively. Based on the growth index is an indirect indicator of resistance, not as the main evaluation. Active oxygen metabolism indicators have a threshold, according to the index value to the possibility of normal threshold for evaluation. The disadvantage of this method is that normal thresholds are only approximate but reflect the nature of crop growth improvement.
