高精度导航系统和微重力测量系统对于加速度计有高精度的阈值指标需求,传统测试方法难以完成高精度加速度计的阈值测试。对此,提出了一种新的加速度计阈值测试方法。采用对重力加速度二次细分的方法,激励出微小的加速度输入,通过将加速度计实际输出的微小加速度测量结果和理论值进行对比,得出加速度计的阈值指标,并结合理论分析给出了此阈值测试方法的测试精度。最后,对此加速度计阈值测试方法进行了仿真与实验验证,仿真结果表明此方法采用姿态精度2″的转台可以实现指标为5.7685×10~(-8)g的加速度计阈值测试;实验结果证明此测试方法有效。
High-precision navigation systems and microgravity measurement systems have high-precision threshold requirements for accelerometers. Conventional test methods are difficult to perform high-accuracy accelerometer threshold tests. In this regard, a new accelerometer threshold test method is proposed. By using the method of subdivision of the gravitational acceleration, a small acceleration input is stimulated.
