建立了液相色谱串联质谱法检测食品中13种染料,样品经提取后,采用凝胶色谱法净化后收集浓缩,以乙腈-0.1%甲酸溶液为流动相进行液相色谱梯度洗脱分离,质谱多反应监测模式进行检测。13种染料线性关系良好,相关系数R≥0.9989,其检出限为(0.05~3.65)ng/mL,样品在低、中、高3个加标浓度下,13种染料的回收率为75.2%~102.6%,相对标准偏差为2.25%~5.31%。结果表明该方法适用于食品中13种染料的检测,样品处理方法适用于各类食品,检测灵敏度高,可实现食品中违禁添加工业染料的快速测定。
A liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS / MS) method was developed for the determination of 13 dyes in food samples. After the sample was extracted, it was purified by gel chromatography and concentrated. The residue was eluted with acetonitrile-0.1% formic acid as mobile phase.
