本文对50例新生儿于死后12小时内取肺组织培养并于生前作44例鼻咽分泌物(NPS)定量细菌培养和血培养、29例肺炎组中检出细菌17例.其中15例肺组织和NPS定量细菌培养出同种细菌.占88.2%(15/17)。21例非肺炎组中检出细菌5例.但无一例肺组织和NPS定量细菌培养出同种细菌。两组相比,有显著差异性(X2=15.52P<0.01).表明NPS定量细菌培养基本能够反映肺部感染的致病菌。
In this paper, 50 newborns were taken lung tissue culture within 12 hours after the death and 44 nasopharyngeal secretions (NPS) quantitative bacterial culture and blood culture were taken prior to their death, 17 bacteria were detected in 29 pneumonia group. Among 15 cases of lung tissue and NPS quantitative bacteria cultured the same bacteria. Accounting for 88.2% (15/17). In 21 cases of non-pneumonia group of bacteria were detected in 5 cases. However, none of the lungs and NPS quantified bacteria grew the same bacteria. There was a significant difference between the two groups (X2 = 15.52 P <0.01). NPS quantitative bacterial culture showed that bacteria can basically reflect the lung infection.
