对南钢3号高炉取消中心加焦冶炼实践过程进行评价和总结,尤其对装料和送风制度不断研究与摸索,通过提高炉芯温度且稳定在一个合理范围内,从而使炉缸一直保持活跃的工作状态,在稳定合理的操作炉型前提下,逐步减少中心加焦量,明显改善了煤气流分布,提高了煤气利用率,燃料比大幅降低,取得了较好的经济效益,并将此经验作为本厂取消中心焦的理论基础推广到其他高炉。
