随着改革的不断深入及市场体系的日趋完善,企业生存和发展的基础便在于能否在市场中准确定位,并不断开拓新的市场,因而企业要树立大经营观念,把经营工作作为企业一切工作的中心。 企业大经营的涵义应该怎样理解,目前尚没有一个准确的定义。笔者认为企业大经营是指企业在外部环境提供的机会和条件下,充分发挥自身的特点和优势,为实现企业目标而进行的综合性活动。 市场经济条件下企业之间的竞争首先是经营思想的竞争,谁具有超前的经营思想,谁就能在竞争中占据主动。 一、要树立“资产经营”的观念。资产经营就要把企业一切有形的、无形的存量资产变为可增值的活化资本,并通过流动、组合和交易进行有效的运营,实现最大限度的增值。其核心内容是通过不断调整各资产要素的比例、布局,优化资产结构、风险结构,技术结构等,实现投资增值的良性循环,运用资产去获得最佳效益。大部分国有大中型企业由于受经营条件和思想观念的局限,缺乏资产经营的观念,缺乏对企业资产多种形态运行进行灵活转换的意识和技能,缺少改变存量结构不合理的办法和手段,因而企业内部资金使用的效率和效益都比较低。耍改变这种状况,就必须摆脱产品经营观念的束缚,从搞活资产的角度出发,更多地关注企业资产价值形态的变化,进行更高层
