本文观察了卡介苗(GCG)对大鼠肺巨噬细胞(AM)膜的影响。实验结果表明:(1)BCG使AM膜的流动性增高。(2)AM经BCG处理后,胞浆的标志酶LDH和溶酶体标志酶β-Glu漏出量增多,说明BCG明显地损伤了AM的胞浆膜和溶酶体膜。(3)AM经BCG刺激后,释放出大量OH·。
This article investigates the effect of Bacillus Calmette-Guérin (GCG) on the membrane of rat lung macrophages (AM). The experimental results showed that: (1) BCG increased the fluidity of AM film. (2) After BCG treatment, the amount of cytosolic LDH and lysosomal enzyme β-Glu increased, which indicated that BCG obviously damaged the cytoplasmic membrane and lysosomal membrane of AM. (3) AM stimulated by BCG, release a large number of OH ·.
